Exclusive Warehouses
We carry out logistical operations in mono-customer warehouses at facilities owned by the Grupo Calsina Carré or our customer's own warehouse for exclusive use and in optimal locations as required.

Multi-customer Warehouses
The extensive network of warehouses operated by the Group Calsina Carré together with the capabilities of our software, RfWare, and specific training of our staff, enables us to offer our services in multi-customer warehouses. In that manner, our customers will benefit from potential synergies with respect to larger warehouses as opposed to warehouses used for smaller logistical activities.

Features of the logistics service
Technology
The RfWare is self-developed software based on radio frequency technology allowing access to information on line.
The system is based on the management of chaotic warehouses, thus improving the maximization of space and time. The on line knowledge about the specific movements according to a reference allows us, if desired, to define specific locations based on their rotation indices.
The application allows monitoring and on line control by our customers, through a website, of the level of stocks and movements at a level of reference and serial numbers.
Additionally, it offers the possibility of periodically sending this information through ad hoc files for the needs of each client in order to allow their integration in the ERPs of each client.

Logistical services offered
With the aim of offering a service tailored to the needs of each client, the Grupo Calsina Carré can perform specific tasks for each case:

• Reception of goods
• We verify the reception and confirm it with the customer’s ERP


• Storage
• Raw materials, components and finished products
• Our network of warehouses is near the customers’ sites, thereby allowing flexibility and a rapid response to their needs by means of advanced storage or delivery
  
  
• Handling
• As added value, in synergy with the activity of warehousing, we offer internal logistics at the customers’ sites, which include among other things:

• On site deliveries
• We respond to our customer’s orders by delivering on site by means of kitting, sequential deliveries, upon request or KANBAN

• Finished products are managed from our warehouses; they are picked up at their sites or at the subcontractor’s facilities and stored, or shipments are commissioned and delivered to the final customer
  

The integration of the transport with the logistics service allows us to offer a more complete and integrated service, thereby making possible additional improvements in the cost of the logistics.

• We co-ordinate the pick ups from the suppliers
• Pre-reception
• Our pre-reception procedure consists of the following tasks:
• Follow-up of the suppliers’ drop offs at the consolidation depots
• Pick up of material
  
• Verification of the goods received with respect to the delivery note
• Informing the customer of the goods received
