The Calsina Carré Group understands that management based on quality and continuous improvement is critical to providing the highest level of service for its customers; therefore, it is part of the objectives of each of the company’s departments.
All of the Grupo Calsina Carré’s centres are certified with the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 quality standards.

Safety, health and environmental protection

Within the quality processes, the Grupo Calsina Carré pays special attention to all those procedures that affect the health and safety of both their internal and external collaborators. In the same manner, it takes special steps to protect the environment (less polluting vehicles, waste management, etc.) All personnel receive specific training within their field of activity, especially drivers and warehouse personnel.

The company’s policy is to renew vehicles every 3 years, and encourage the use of more efficient and cleaner vehicles. Currently, the new vehicles that become part of our fleet meet all the strict Euro5 standards.

Moreover, we encourage our customers to use intermodal transport as a means of achieving energy savings and reductions in the emission of pollutants.

Quality Assurance Department
The Grupo Calsina Carré has its own staff dedicated solely to ensuring compliance with the quality standards defined by the management of the company and to motivate the entire staff. They are responsible for maintaining the overall quality manual and coordinating internal audits performed by specialised auditors.
