FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Responsible for the Human Resources KPIs for the entire group.
\u2013 Analysis of the different HR departments of the different subsidiaries (national and international) to consolidate all HR data.
\u2013 Participate in the Audits by providing the necessary data and reports in the HR field.
\u2013 Create and maintain the Human Resources databases and generate the corresponding monthly and annual reports.
\u2013 Support in the HR budget
\u2013 Provide support in the internal projects of the HR department (optimization\/digitalization of internal processes)
\u2013 Planning of personnel costs and the number of employees, as well as regular analysis of variations by the different groups.
\u2013 Monthly analysis of the payroll process, forecasting and cost monitoring
\u2013 Among other functions of HR Controller.

\u2013 Prepares the administrative documentation derived from the hiring of workers (registrations and deregistrations with Social Security, contract, registration of the contract with the Inem, etc.)
\u2013 Processes sick leave.
\u2013 Performs personal income tax calculations.
\u2013 Processes certificates of medical assistance abroad for drivers
\u2013 Calculation, verification and listing of payrolls
\u2013 Table of payroll summaries for each month to be passed on to accounting and monthly table of the summary of all the centers to be paid to the different taxes.
\u2013 File control
\u2013 Warnings, dismissals, liquidations, communications, etc.
\u2013 Maintenance of the worker database; and the labor management program (A3)
\u2013 Maintain the list of workers of the company PM y Valls, and of the group
\u2013 Relates to the different administrations: Social Security, INSS, Inem, Labor Inspection\u2026
\u2013 Prepare, update and maintain the list of others
\u2013 Access cancellations<\/p>

COORDINATE THE WORK.<\/b><\/p>

  1. Coordinate the daily work of the assigned drivers.<\/li>
  2. Combine the imported goods from PM to destination.<\/li>
  3. Combine export merchandise from origin to PM.<\/li>
  4. Search for loads on trucks outside Catalonia.<\/li>
  5. Prepare loading\/unloading orders in the warehouse.<\/li>
  6. Verify and monitor loading\/unloading instructions.<\/li>
  7. Control the delivery\/pick-up routes of the drivers.<\/li>
  8. Pass information to the Traffic Department and also to the Quality Department in case of delivery\/pick-up incidents.<\/li>
  9. Verify that the documentation data is correct once the goods are collected.<\/li>
  10. Manage emails and phone calls.<\/li>
  11. Advance, whenever possible, work for the next day.<\/li>
  12. Coordinate collections\/deliveries with transport agencies and correspondents and carry out subsequent follow-up.<\/li><\/ol>

    ORDER ENTRY:<\/b><\/p>

    1. Contact the department\u2019s clients to gather information about the orders.<\/li>
    2. Enter the order data into the computer system.<\/li>
    3. Set Spot prices for national clients.<\/li><\/ol>

      GIVING ORDERS TO DRIVERS AND MONITORING:<\/b><\/p>

      1. Give loading\/unloading orders to the drivers.<\/li>
      2. Read the drivers\u2019 messages.<\/li>
      3. Monitor the position of trucks outside Catalonia.<\/li><\/ol>

        OTHER TASKS.<\/b><\/p>

        1. Request resources (drivers) from other departments when necessary.<\/li>
        2. Check invoices from agencies and correspondents.<\/li>
        3. Provide quotes to carriers\/occasional clients for possible orders.<\/li>
        4. Keep the online notebook up to date.<\/li>
        5. Coordinate the arrival of Spedbor merchandise with the import department.<\/li>
        6. Managing Mahle\u2019s \u201cMilk Run\u201d operation.<\/li>
        7. Manual recording in Excel of the loads that are bought and sold to agencies.<\/li>

        9. Search for loads in transport bags when required.<\/li>
        10. Manage pickups and\/or deliveries from other departments when they lack resources (share resources and collaborate).
