Description of the Ethical Channel:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

At CALSINA CARRE we are committed to transparency, honesty and respect in the way we act, and we work to offer the best service both to our staff and to our customers and collaborators. <\/span><\/p>\n

For this reason, CALSINA CARRE has created the Ethical Channel. A channel where you can report any possible non-compliance or irregularity in the organization as described in Law 2\/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and anti-corruption.<\/span><\/p>\n

At CALSINA CARRE we are convinced that this Channel strengthens our culture of information and communication, while promoting the integrity of our organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Communicate through the Ethical Channel:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Below we show you how you can confidentially communicate to the organization those behaviors or activities that according to Law 2\/2023, of February 20, could involve an irregularity.<\/span><\/p>\n

OPTION 1: Send a notification through the mobile APP.<\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Follow these simple steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Download the CO-RESOL app. It is free and available on App Store and Google Play.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the \"click\" button and enter the code \"CALSINA\u201d<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select the \"Canal \u00c8tic\" option. Calsina Carr\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Write your message and try to be as specific as possible. You will be able to attach images and documents to the communication.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Identify yourself or continue anonymously. In either case you must accept the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. That's it! You will receive a message indicating that the click has been sent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    From that moment on, we will start working to solve the incident in the shortest time possible and we will contact you through the app chat to get more information or to inform you about the status of the processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

    OPTION 2: Send a notification through the web<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    Instead of downloading the APP on your mobile device, you also have the possibility to make communications through the following link to the Co-resol website. <\/span><\/p>\n

      Aspects on the use and management of the channel<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
