Scope of the personal data protection policy
This personal data protection policy covers any data processing that may occur in the presentation of our foundational services, when browsing or interacting with any of our websites or social networks on which we may have a presence (Twitter, YouTube, etc.). At the end of this document, special information is specified in the case of social media use. It shall also apply to any internal company procedure that requires data collection, whether on paper forms or any other system.
Through any of these channels, you can access information and, in some cases, fill in forms, answer surveys, take part in competitions, make enquiries, send photographs, leave comments, etc., and therefore provide us with personal data. All processing is subject to our privacy policy.
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Postingmof photos or videos on the website or social media
For the publication of photographs or videos of our employees, customers, users, or minors on the WEBSITE or social media, as well as for collecting data to hold a contest or process any other personal data, we first obtain the prior, explicit, unambiguous, and informed consent of the data subject, which, in the case of minors under 14 years of age, is granted by their parents or guardians.
The processing of these photos complies with the principle of proportionality, i.e. they are only processed strictly for the purpose for which consent has been given.
Irrelevant data
GRUPO CALSINA CARRÉ warns users that, unless they are legally authorized to do so, no user may use the identity of another person or disclose their personal data. Users must therefore bear in mind at all times that they may only provide personal data corresponding to their own identity and that such data must be appropriate, accurate, and relevant.
How long will we keep your data?
GRUPO CALSINA CARRÉ keeps your Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If the guideline differs from that indicated in this policy, it will be detailed in the relevant document.
In the case of the job bank, your data will be kept for one year if your profile matches our internal requirements, or for 15 days if it does not.
Who will we share your data with?
GRUPO CALSINA CARRÉ will only transfer your data in the cases indicated and in the cases provided for by law.
No international transfers of your personal data will be made.
In the case of social networks, all information and content published by the user will be communicated and shared with other users who consult this social network, due to the nature of the service itself.

The User undertakes to make diligent use of their username and password and not to make them available to third parties. They also undertake to inform GRUPO CALSINA CARRÉ of any theft, loss or risk of third-party access to their username.

The operation of social networks is not under the control of GRUP CALSINA CARRÉ, and therefore the information it publishes will be shared by all users who consult them. Likewise, these networks allow interaction with other users, and therefore, below are some guidelines that you should take into account.
The purpose of using social media is to raise awareness and promote the services provided by GRUPO CALSINA CARRÉ.
In principle, the same data protection policy specified in this document applies with regard to the collection, processing and transfer of data.
The user must agree to:
